This red velvet cake hack will turn your regular box cake mix into a bakery style or homemade! The best I have made so far! Decadent and rich! Try it and thank me later.

Ingredients Used

For the cake

1 box Red velvet cake mix
1 small pk (3.4oz) instant chocolate fudge pudding
1 cup melted butter at room temp
4 eggs @room temp
1/2 cup buttermilk @room temp
1/2 cup sour cream @room temp
1/4 cup cold plain coffee
1 tsp pure vanilla extract

For the frosting

8oz cream cheese @ room temp
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 stick (1/2 cup)butter at room temperature
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
