Stollen recipe, German sweet bread that is consumed at Christmas. In this video I show all the details that must be taken into account when stollen. Ingredients:

MACERATED FRUIT
160 g raisins
80 g of blueberries
60 g candied orange
40 g of frosted lemons
1 lemon zest
100 ml of rum or water

PREPARED
100 g all-purpose flour
21 g of fresh yeast or 7 g of dried yeast
75 ml of milk
1 tsp of sugar

DOUGH
prepared
200 g all-purpose flour
1 yolks
1 medium egg
50 ml whole milk
10 sugar
5 g of salt
60 g ground almonds
1 pinch of stollen spices (cinnamon, cardamom, anise, clove)
1 vanilla branch
85 g unsalted butter
60 g almond, macerated fruit

butter to taste stollen
icing sugar to sprinkle stollen
