Smoked Meatloaf is a delicious meal but when you add smoke and bbq flavors it becomes a 5 star meal. This is one of my favorites.

Start off by mixing 1 cup of milk and 3/4 cup of bread crumbs. Add that mixture to 2 pounds of ground beef. Next up add
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 Beaten Egg
1 Tbsp Worcestershire
1 diced onion raw or sautéed
1 teaspoon salt and tablespoon parsley

Mix together and place in a greased or plastic wrap lined 8x5 loaf pan. Place in fridge for 30 mins to 1 hour and then season with your favorite bbq seasoning and then get on the smoke until 165 internal temp. Rest for a a good 10 mins and then cover in bbq sauce.
