Smoked Brisket Burnt Ends are a delicious treat and a great way to show off. To make them start by trimming the brisket and separate the flat and point. I smoked this brisket at 180 degrees overnight for 12 hours. I wrapped the brisket in butcher paper and smoked at 225 degrees for another 4 hours. Then I cubed up the point and drizzled on some honey and brown sugar and about 3/4 cup of my favorite bbq sauce. Use whichever Sauce you like here. Smoked for another 45 minutes or so and then you have your Burnt ENDS ENJOY!
