Cheesecake Doughnuts
Strawberry Cheesecake Doughnut is trending online. This is made with plain doughnut, cut in half and filled with cream cheese mixture and strawberries. This very delightful and delectable doughnut is very irresistible. But it will be wonderful if we make different flavors of this doughnut.
So we made additional flavors like blueberry, Oreo, Nutella, Mango-Graham and Ube Cheesecake Doughnuts. This is very exciting because all of these flavors are scrumptious and oozing with fillings.

Doughnut ingredients:

2 cups all purpose flour(add 1/8 cup if too wet)
3 tbsp white sugar
2 1/4 tsp instant dry yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon powder(optional)
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3 tbsp melted butter/margarine
1 egg

Cream Cheese filling ingredients:

226g Cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 cups powdered whipping cream
1 cup very cold water

Flavors:
Strawberry
Blueberry
Oreo
Nutella
Mango-Graham
Ube Halaya

For dusting:
1/3 cup powdered sugar
