How to cook Braised Gum Tragacanth with Coconut Milk at home?
In this video, I will teach you how to cook Braised Gum Tragacanth with Coconut Milk at home and the skills.

[椰汁燉雪燕]
材料：
雪燕30克
大椰奶一罐
冰糖150克
水1000毫升

1. 預先一晚將雪燕洗淨用水浸過夜
2. 將浸過夜後的雪燕再次洗淨 挑去雜質瀝乾備用
3. 用錫紙將雪燕蓋好 然後隔水燉20分鐘 放涼備用
4. 將冰糖加入1000毫升的水加熱 待冰糖溶化後再加入椰汁 然後再加入雪燕煲10分鐘
5. 即成 (亦可放涼後再放入雪櫃三小時 就即成冰凍的椰汁燉雪燕了)

[Braised Gum Tragacanth with Coconut Milk]
Ingredients:
30g Gum Tragacanth
A can of coconut milk
150g rock sugar
1000 ml water

1. Wash the Gum Tragacanth overnight and soak them in water overnight
2. Wash the Gum Tragacanth after soaking overnight, pick out the impurities and drain it for later use
3. Cover the Gum Tragacanth with aluminium foil and stew it for 20 minutes and let it cool for later use
4. Add rock sugar to 1000ml water and heat until the rock sugar dissolves, then add coconut milk, then add the Gum Tragacanth and boil for 10 minutes
5. It is ready to be served (you can also let it cool down and put it in the refrigerator for three hours for an iced Braised Gum Tragacanth with Coconut Milk)
