Exercise 1: Single Leg Bent Over Row
Targets: Upper Traps, Rhomboids, Lats, Biceps, Quads, Hamstrings, Glutes and Core

Exercise 2: Isometric Split Squat Rack & Press
Targets: Quads, Glutes, Hamstrings, Delts, Rotator Cuff, Upper Chest & Back, Triceps, Forearms and Core

Exercise 3: Half Kneeling Rack & Press
Targets: Delts, Shoulders, Hips and Core
