Jermaine is a husband, father of seven, Chicago native, and decorated US Navy veteran with over a decade of corporate experience leading teams and impacting business cultures.

As our team continues to grow so we can help more CEOs, School Superintendents and leaders create high-performing cultures, we could not be more excited to have Jermaine join his higher purpose with our higher purposes. His experience leading and developing teams, coupled with his unique perspective and love of service, will be instrumental in growing our ability to provide transformational experiences to as many people as we can possibly reach.
