Mutton pakku or mutton kabab is very famous Nepali dish during dashain this is a traditional nepali style slow cooking goat meat which will stay longer than other style mutton recipes.
Ingredients:
Mutton 2 kg
1 tbsp turmeric powder
1 tbsp garam masala
2 tbsp mix of cumin and coriander powder
½ tbsp rec chili powder
Salt as per the taste
1 tsp cardamom and cloves powder
Mustard Oil
Bay leaf, cardamom, cloves and star anise to temper
