I have extensive training and experience working with underserved populations (SMI) in Phoenix, Tucson, and Mesa Arizona. I believe mental health care is a right and am constantly working to decrease mental health stigmas. I was a fellow in the ASU Interdisciplinary Training Academy which focused on the opioid epidemic, effective ways to care for people who use drugs, and resources for people and families impacted by addiction. I was born in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico, am fluent in Spanish and bring cultural competence to my care. It is my pleasure to help and work with you to improve your overall health.
