Hello Hello Everyone!
Today I have a rich and moist brownie recipe for you all that I think you are going to really enjoy. These brownies are packed with flavor and definitely do not taste like gluten free but THEY ARE! RECIPE & INGREDIENTS:

1 cup gluten free flour
2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
1/2 to 1 cup of chocolate chips depending on how sweet you want it
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup of cocoa powder
3 room temperature eggs
1 stick softened butter
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 Xanthum gum
1/3 cup of milk
1 tablespoon of coffee (optional)



STEPS:

Melt together butter, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, milk, and coffee, set aside and let cool
In a large bowl, whisk together dry ingredients, flour, salt, anthem gum
In a large bowl, which together, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.
Once wet ingredients are mixed together, add in chocolate mixture, stir until smooth
Then add dry ingredients and mix together with a spatula

Preheat oven to 350
Wrap tin pan in tin foil and spray with nonstick gluten free cooking spray.
Pour in mixture and smooth of the top.
Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes depending on thickness of pan (do the toothpick test)
