These Almond Flour Brownies are so rich and fudgy, you'd never guess they are gluten-free and Paleo-friendly. I've included an egg substitute option, in case you need a vegan recipe, too.
Ingredients:
1 cup blanched almond flour
1 cup coconut sugar (or other granulated sugar)
1/3 cup raw cacao powder
2 large eggs
3 tablespoons melted coconut oil (or butter)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
