今天教大家幾個我個人很喜歡及常用的肌筋膜按摩動作。平時長時間站立、走路、跑步或穿著不合適的鞋子等等都會引起脚腕酸痛或脚跟刺痛的症狀。這幾個動作可舒緩綳緊、酸痛的症狀及改善脚部健康!
