This video is about cooking off-grid using an induction cooktop and small portable power station - great for camping too! In addition to cooking, the amount of power and energy used are documented and graphed. An EcoFlow River2 Pro is used (Bluetti EB3A would work equally well). A NuWave PIC Gold Induction Cooktop is used with the power station. The energy used is so low, that one could use solar panels to replace the energy as the cooking is being done. We cook - Salmon and Vegetables, Hamburgers, Boil Water, make Hummingbird Nectar and show the power and energy Data.
