150 grams pork belly
1/2 cup carrots
1/2 cup sayote
1/2 cup pechay leaves
Pork broth (from boiled pork belly)
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
3 cloves garlic
1 medium red onion
cooking oil for sauteing and deep frying
For Boiling of Pork Belly:
3 cloves garlic (crushed)
1/2 tsp cracked peppercorns
4 cups water
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp pork powder
Garnish: white onion rings (raw)
Condiment: spiced vinegar
