An EO2 error notification can pop up on the display panel if there is a water flow issue.

This can happen on any AirJet™ or HydroJet™ Lay-Z-Spa hot tub and there are a number of causes that can be fixed quickly and easily.

Quick EO2 error troubleshooting guie:

Cause 1: Freeze Shield™ has activated when setting up in the cold
Instead, inflate the hot tub inside in the warm

Cause 2: Incorrect water level
Check that there is sufficient water in the Lay-Z-Spa and that stopper caps are removed

Cause 3: Dirty or worn out filter
Check filter. If necessary give it a clean or replace it with a new one

Cause 4: Worn out washers
Follow steps to detach the pump and check the washers

Cause 5: Blocked debris screens
Remove Chemconnect and filter housing. Clean the debris screens and dislodge any build-up

Cause 6: Filter housing
Check the filter housing for damage or build up of dirt or debris

Cause 7 & 8: Blocked, kinked or bent pipes
Disconnect the pump and inspect the pipes on the inflatable liner
