In this short video Tom Stephenson discusses 5 Things you need to know about making calendars for your projects.
1. Use exceptions for Holidays and days that you have unusual things happening.
2. Use default for setting the calendar to follow normal requirements for this project. For example if you always work Saturdays or never work Fridays.
3. Make sure you that you make all days that you don't intend to work non working days. Otherwise your will be behind schedule every time you take a day off.
4. Create a custom calendar for people, trades, consultants that have special requirements.
