===== Ingredients =====

-All purpose flour 300 g
-Ground flaxseed 30 g
-Active dry yeast 1/4 Tsp or 2-3 g
-Salt 1/4 Tsp or 2-3 g
-Warm water 250 ml
-Cooked quinoa 60-70 g


===== Recipe =====

Water, yeast into container and mix well.
Put flour, salt, flaxseed, quinoa into the container.
Mix until all dough come together.
Cover dough and leave room temperature for 30-60 minutes. Place in the fridge for overnight.
Next day, dust some flour on working surface.
Gently Roll the dough from the edge to make log shape
Place the dough on baking pan seam side down &let it rise until double in size.
After 30-40 minutes.
Score on top.
Spray some water on top.
Preheat oven for 210°C or 410°F
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
