I have used here Quinoa instead of the Maida to make a Healthy alternative to our regular bread .

Recipe
Ingredients
Quinoa Flour (Dry Roast Quinoa and grind it in Mixer to make it a fine powder) – 100 Grams
Rice Flour – 100 grams
Potato Starch – 100 grams
Psyllium Husk – 20 grams
Salt – ½ teaspoon
Yeast – 7 grams
Sugar – 14 grams
Vinegar – 10 grams
Olive Oil – 10 grams
Warm Water ( Total ) – 380 grams

Milk – 1 Tablespoon – for Brushing the bread
Sesame Seeds (White/Black) for sprinkling on bread (Optional) – 1 teaspoon

Butter (Melted for Brushing the Pan and the Bread) – 2 Tablespoons
