INGREDIENTS:
1. Mysore Pak:
* Desiccated Coconut(नारियल बुरादा) - 1 Bowl/125-130 Grams
* Milk Powder(दूध का पाउडर) - 3 Spoon/25-30 Gram
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Bowl /200 Grams
* Water(पानी) - 1/2 Cup
* Ghee(घी) - 3/4 Cup
* Pistachio(पिस्ता)
RECIPE:
Take a thali or any cake tin, grease it with Ghee, and keep it.
For Mysore Pak, keep the pan on the flame, and put Sugar and Water. Cook it and make more than 1 string of Sugar Syrup. Then put Desiccated Coconut, Milk Powder in it, mix it, and cook it well. After that put hot Ghee in it 10-12 times gradually and mix it well. Then put the mixture in a greased tin, put some chopped Pistachio and keep it cool down for 15 minutes. Take it out on a plate and cut it into slices. This way, instant, and tasty Mysore Pak/Milk Cake will get ready in 15 minutes.

2. Pista Katli:
* Ghee(घी) - 1-1.5 Tbsp
* Pistachio(पिस्ता) - 125-150 Grams/1 Cup
* Sugar(चीनी) - 200 Grams
* Cashew Nuts(काजू) - 100 Grams
* Milk Powder(दूध का पाउडर) - 50 Grams/3 Tbsp
* Silver Leaf/Verk(चांदी वर्क)
RECIPE:
Soak some Pistachio overnight, then peel it off. Then grind it coarsely in a mixer jar. Keep the pan on the flame, put some Ghee and Ground Pistachio, some Powdered Sugar mix it & mash it with the help of a masher. Then put coarsely ground Cashew Nuts in it and stir it continuously & mash it and cook it. Then put Milk Powder stir it continuously & cook it. Put some more Ghee mix it, cook it well & make it dry. Then turn the flame off and spread the mixture all over the pan and keep the Mixture cooling down. Then take out the mixture on a greased butter paper, roll it and give it a shape and keep it for 1-2 hours to dry. Apply silver Leaf on it and cut the Pista Lauj into slices.

3. Mohanthal:
* Gram Flour(बेसन) - 2 Cup
* Milk(दूध) - 3 Tbsp & ½ Cup
* Ghee(घी) - 2.5-3 Tbsp & ¾ Cup
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Cup
* Silver Leaf(चांदी का वर्क)
* Dry fruit(ड्राई फ्रूट)

For Sugar Syrup:
* Sugar(चीनी) - 1 Cup
* Water(पानी) - ¾ Cup
* Saffron(केसर)
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर)
* Tandoori Colour(तंदूरी रंग)- 1 Pinch
RECIPE:
For Sugar Syrup, keep a vessel on the flame & put Sugar & Water. Then put some Saffron, Cardamom Powder & Tandoori Colour in it and cook it till it becomes sticky & then turn off the flame.
Take some Gram Flour, put some Milk and some Ghee in it & mix it well by using your hands. Then cover it for 15-20 mins and grind it in the mixer.
In a pan, put some Ghee and the ground Gram Flour. Roast it properly for 20-22 mins on medium flame. Then put some Milk in it gradually while roasting and roast it for 2-3 mins more. Then turn off the flame and stir it continuously and keep it aside for cooling down.
Put the hot Sugar Syrup in the roasted Gram Flour and mix it well and then keep it aside for 10 mins. Then take a tray or any plate, and place butter paper on it. Put and spread the Gram Flour mixture in it, and tap it 3-4 times. Keep it for set overnight. Garnish it with Silver Leaf and some chopped Dry Fruits. In this way, Halwai Style Mohal Thal will get ready to serve.

4. Gulab Jamun
* Mawa(मावा/खोया) - 150 Gram
* Cottage Cheese(पनीर) - 50 Gram
* All-Purpose Flour(मैदा) - 3 Tbsp/30 Gram
* Sugar Powder(पीसी चीनी) - 1/2 Tsp
* Baking Powder (बेकिंग पाउडर) - 1/8 Tsp
* Almondette Seeds/Chironji (चिरोंजी)
* Raisins(किशमिश)
* Cardamom(इलायची)
* Refined Oil/Ghee(तेल/घी) - For Frying

For Sugar Syrup:
* Water(पानी) - 2 Cup
* Sugar(चीनी) - 2 Cup
* Cardamom Powder(इलायची पाउडर) - 2-3
* Saffron(केसर)
* Lemon Juice(निम्बू का रस)
* Kevda Essence(केवड़ा एसेंस)
RECIPE:
Take some grated Cheese & Mawa/Khoya. Mix them & make them smooth. Then add All Purpose Flour gradually in it & mix them. Put some Powdered Sugar & Baking Powder & mix them well. Cover the dough for 10 mins.
Take some Filling dough, add Orange Food Colour, Almondette & Raisins & make small balls of the filling. Make Gulab Jamun by filling small balls in it & fry them in Ghee/Refined Oil on medium flame. Put the Kala Gulab Jamun in the Sugar Syrup for 2 hours.
For Sugar Syrup, keep a pan on flame & put some Sugar & Water in it. Then put some Cardamom Powder, Saffron & Kewra Essence in it & also put some Lemon juice in it & cook it till it turns sticky.
In this way, 4 types of Delicious Sweets will get ready easily at home.
