To prepare delicious Ossetian pies, you will need:
DOUGH (serving 3 pies):
flour-450-500 gr.;
warm milk-200 ml.;
egg-1 PC.;
sugar - 1 tbsp.;
Sol-Paul. tbsp.;
butter-20 gr.;
dry yeast-10 gr.;
warm water-200 ml.;
vegetable oil-50 ml.
FILLING:
beef (flesh) - 350-400 gr.;
onions-1 PC.;
garlic-2-3 cloves;
cilantro-to taste;
salt, black pepper-to taste;
hot pepper-optional.
