Trigger Warning

I have an OCD of pulling my hair from my head, it's called Trichotillomania and I have had this for over 16 years of my life. I want to raise awareness to those who are going through things that they have hidden and speak about it without shame and misunderstanding.

This is a topic I have briefly written about on my blog and I just wanted to chat about it whilst doing my make up. I didn't want it to be so formal and it's definitely not for sympathy. I like to be open as possible and tell you how I am doing and feeling.
