This recipe for chocolate chunk scones is easy to make without butter or eggs.
There is no preparation required, just cut into chunks and put together, so it can be made as soon as you think of it.
Of course, freshly baked scones are fluffy, crispy, and delicious, but scones made with fresh cream are moist and do not become dry the next day or later, so they can be given as gifts.

▷Ingredients:
■Black tea scones (10 scones)
50 g cake flour
50 g bread flour
15 g sugar
Pinch of salt
3 g tea leaves
3 g baking powder

100 g heavy cream mix
・200 ml heavy cream
・100 g no sugar yogurt

60g~ chocolate

■W chocolate scones (10 scones)
50 g cake flour
45 g bread flour
8 g cocoa powder
15 g sugar
Pinch of salt
3g baking powder
100 g heavy cream mix
60 g chocolate

■Matcha green tea scones (10 scones)
50 g cake flour
45 g bread flour
5 g matcha powder
15 g sugar
pinch of salt
3g baking powder
100 g heavy cream mix
60 g chocolate

▷How to make
1. Mix heavy cream with no sugar yogurt.
2. Chop the chocolate to desired size.
3. Sift cake flour and bread flour, add sugar, salt and baking powder.
4. Add 100 g of the cream mixture from (1) above and mix with a card.
5,Add chopped chocolate and mix into a lump.
6. Flour the dough and roll out to 2 cm thick. Cut into 10 pieces with a knife.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ for 8 to 13 minutes.
