清炒翠玉瓜:

材料:
翠肉瓜3條
薑粒1湯匙

處理:
1. 翠玉瓜,清水沖洗乾淨。
2. 切去兩端,滾刀切。
3. 大火煲滾1鑊水,加入:
a. 油1湯匙
b. 鹽1茶匙
4. 放翠肉瓜落鑊。
5. 水再次滾起時,表示瓜已熟。

烹調:
1. 用慢火,在鑊中加入薑粒爆香。
2. 轉大火,加入翠肉瓜,快炒2分鐘。
3. 完成,上碟。

Stir frying jade melon:

Ingredients:
Jade melon 3 Nos.
Grated ginger 1 tbsp

Preparation:
1. Jade melon, rinse with tap water.
2. Cut both ends, cut into small pieces.
3. Heat up a wok of water at high flame. Add:
a. Oil 1 tbsp
b. Salt 1 tsp
4. Put jade melon into wok.
5. The jade melon has been cooked well once water boils up again.

Steps:
1. Low flame, fry ginger well in wok.
2. Turn to high flame, put jade melon. Fry for 2 minutes.
3. Complete. Serve.
