Let me introduce you to the simple yet amazing Sushi Rice Tuna recipe.
First, we need Sushi Rice; cook according to package instructions. While rice is cooking, chop 4 garlic cloves, oil pan with some olive and sesame oil, about one tablespoon each. Next, let’s roast the garlic, drain excess oil and set it aside. In a small bowl, mix white wine vinegar, sugar, salt and a pinch of ground black pepper and to make it tastier, add sweet rice seasoning. We will be using Century canned Tuna for this recipe or any kind of Tuna that is available. Use a strainer because all you need is the tuna meat. Once the rice is cooked, let’s place it in a large bowl, add some seasoning, tuna and roasted garlic. To complete our sushi rice, add roasted crushed seaweed. If you prefer to have more seaweed, you may add generous amount of seaweed. Add chopped fresh parsley and green onion. Then, mixed all the ingredients. You can now brush your loaf pan dish with oil. Place the rice in the pan and gently press it to make it compact and then transfer it into a big dish, slice into big bite size. Before serving, sprinkle some roasted garlic.
