120 g unsalted butter
90 g sugar
120g honey
A pinch of salt
3 eggs (153g-160g)
3ml vanilla extract
1 tsp baking soda (5 ml)
520g all purpose flour

♥ milk syrup
80g milk
20g water
75g honey

♥ sour cream
450 g sour cream
50g sugar powder
40g honey
320g heavy cream (80% whipped)

♥ For decoration
150g white chocolate
