Moringa Egg Omelette is an easy and healthy recipe. It tastes nice too 👌
Ingredients:
Moringa leaves - 1 cup
Egg - 3 nos
Red chilli or Paprika powder - 1/2 tea spn
Or according to the spice level you need
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tea spn
Salt as needed
Method:
Beat the egg nicely and add the powders & salt. Mix very well. Add the Moringa leaves and mix together.
Heat a pan; add oil and pour the egg mixture to the pan. Spread the moringa leaves evenly. Cover & cook for 2 to 3 mins. Turn the omelette and cook both sides. When both sides are cooked transfer to a plate and serve!!
