Hey again! This is my update video 3 months after getting ACL and meniscus surgery! I have to say, this is probably one of the more positive updates I've given in a while...lol. Things are progressing well and my bending has continued to improve (thankfully). As I mention in the video, I'm hoping to make a video soon about the mental side of ACL recovery as a summary of my experience and thoughts on that subject. Thanks for watching!
