In a dingy band rehearsal room in South Melbourne in the mid 1980s is where I videoed these guys for several hours. The band had been known as 23D but this particular line-up was called Compunction. It featured Peter Clack on drums, Uzuol Puchalski on bass, the late Phil (Gus) Barker on slide guitar, the late Mark Kohout on lead vocals, guitar and sax and another 2 guys I didn't know on guitar and keyboards. Mark was a full-on guy who lived the rock and roll adage of "live fast and die young" literally. This was one of his many songs.
