2 medium-size purple onion

5 tbsp cooking oil
200 g soy sauce
1 tbsp black soy sauce
50 g oyster sauce
80 g fish sauce
150 g tomatoes ketchup
300 g brown sugar
200 g palm sugar
2 tbsp salt
