gula melaka syrup
350g gula melaka
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp white sugar
2 daun pandans
thick coconut milk
3 cups grated coconut
3 cups water
1/4 tsp salt
squeeze and strain to get the thick coconut milk
cendol
1 cup rice flour
1/4 cup either tapioca flour OR corn flour OR glutinous rice flour
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp air kapur mix with 1 tsp water
1 cup pandan juice ( extracted from 12 pandan leaves blend with 1 cup water and strain)
2 cups water
