Changes in diet can help reduce anaemia, eating foods that are rich in iron, folate, vitamin B12, vitamin A, and other nutrients. Eating a healthy diet with a variety of foods and to follow a balanced diet. Foods that are rich in iron such as Chicken, Chicken liver, lean meat, fish, egg yolk, sesame seeds, drumstick leaves, dry grapes, dates, etc. Also include Vitamin C rich foods along with Iron for better absorption.
