Today i am going to show you all how to make newari chhoila at home. this is typical newari method which i have shown in my video.

INGREDIENTS:
1. buff 1/2 kg
2. Red chilli paste 2 tbsp
3. Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
4. Garlic leaf 1 bowl
5. Fried mustard oil 7-8 tbsp
6. Timur powder 2 pinch
7. alt to taste
