Today, I am going to teach you how to make a gluten free pumpkin pie, Quick and Easy. All these items can be found at a local grocery store without any intense baking involved. All we want is to enjoy normal baked goods this Thanksgiving!

RECIPE:
__________
1 gluten free crust
1 large can pumpkin pie mix
2 eggs
1 can sweeten condensed milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons nutmeg and ginger
1/4 teaspoon salt and clove

Mix all ingredients together (can heat is you want a smoother texture) ad put into pie crust (leave shell in tin it comes in)
Bake at 350 for an hour, Be careful that crust doesn't burn (put on lower level if needed)



RECIPE WITHOUT PUMPKIN PIE FILLING:

1 Gluten free pie crust
1 can pumpkin puree
1 can evaporated milk
3/4 cup granulated sugar
2 eggs
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger and nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon clove
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Same directions as above
