An easy-to-make egg sandwich!
Add lots of mayonnaise to enjoy it more!

Egg sandwich (2 servings)

[Ingredients]

Egg sandwich

6 eggs
4 slices of plain bread
2 slices of cheese
3 strips (48g) bacon
Stick butter
Mayonnaise
Sriracha mayo sauce

Mayo sauce

1/3 cups (60g) mayonnaise
1 tbsp (12g) brown sugar

Sriracha mayo sauce

1/3 cups (60g) mayonnaise
1 tbsp (12g) brown sugar
1/2 tbsp (3g) fine red pepper powder
2&1/2 tbsp (24g) vinegar


[Directions]

1. Mix the mayonnaise and brown sugar in a bowl and stir until the sugar melts to make the mayo sauce.
2. Mix the mayonnaise, brown sugar, fine red pepper powder, and vinegar in a bowl and stir until the sugar melts to make the Sriracha mayo sauce.
3. Melt butter onto a pan and toast one side of the bread over medium heat.
4. Cook the bacon strips.
5. Crack the eggs in a bowl and beat the eggs.
6. Melt butter onto a pan and pour in the beaten eggs.
7. When the eggs start to cook, stir and continue to cook over medium heat.
8. When the eggs are cooked halfway, reduce to low heat and then shape it into a square using a spatula.
9. Turn off the heat when the eggs are still half-cooked in the middle.
10. Put the sliced cheese on top of the eggs.
11. With the toasted side down, spread the mayo sauce and Sriracha mayo sauce on the bread.
12. Put the cheese and eggs on top of the sauce, and put another layer of mayo sauce.
13. Put the grilled bacon on top and cover with another slice of bread to finish.
