This is the "Tuna Hamburg Steak" I showed you in The Paikfather.
It's a simpler and easier way of making it than with meat.

Tuna Hamburg Steak

[Ingredients]

*Batter

1 can (150g) tuna
1 tuna can or 1 cup (100g) onion
1/2 tuna can or 1/2 stalk (50g) green onion
1/2 tuna can or 2 (20g) Cheongyang peppers
2 eggs
2/3 tbsp (13g) minced garlic
4 tbsp (40g) Korean pancake mix

*Sauce

1 tbsp (12g) brown sugar
2 tbsp (40g) ketchup
1 tbsp (10g) dark soy sauce
1/2 cup (90ml) purified water

*Tuna hamburg steak (Ingredients for 1)

1 tuna can (160g) batter
5 tbsp (35g) cooking oil
1 tbsp (12g) butter

*Fried egg

1 egg
3 tbsp (21g) cooking oil


[Directions]

1. Dice the onion, green onion, and Cheongyang peppers as finely as you can.
2. Remove the oil from tuna, only leaving the meat.
2. Mix the tuna, diced onion, green onion, minced garlic, Cheongyang peppers, and egg in a bowl.
3. Add the Korean pancake mix to the batter and mix thoroughly.
4. Coat the frying pan with cooking oil and put over high heat.
5. Pour the batter in the empty tuna can so that it fills up to the top with a flat surface. Flip it over on the heated frying pan, make shape, then cook as if you're deep-frying it over low heat.
6. Cook using a flipper, making sure that both sides of the tuna hamburg steak are cooked thoroughly.
7. Put dark soy sauce, brown sugar, and ketchup in the empty tuna can, and fill the remaining space with purified water. Mix well to make the sauce.
8. When both sides of the tuna hamburg steak are cooked enough, put butter in and turn the frying pan around to coat the patty with the scent of butter.
9. Pour the sauce on one side of the frying pan and boil down with the tuna hamburg steak over medium heat.
Tip. If the patty is too thick, reduce to low heat and boil down slowly while cooking the patty.
10. Flip the patty once as you boil it down. When the thickness of the sauce is that of the sauce for pork cutlets, turn off the heat.
11. Coat a new frying pan with cooking oil and make a fried egg as if you're deep-frying it.
12. Place the tuna hamburg steak and fried egg on a plate and pour the hamburg steak sauce from the pan.
13. Sprinkle parsley to finish.
Tip. It's tasty if you make a sandwich out of the tuna hamburg steak.
