मानिला, उत्तराखंड के अल्मोड़ा जिले में स्थित एक पर्वत का नाम है जहां पर है मां भगवति का प्रसिद्ध मंदिर। घने जंगल, घास के मैदान और ऊंचे ऊंचे पर्वत, यहां की खास पहचान है। साल 2019 में हमने दिल्ली से मानिला का ये सफर तय किया, हालांकि इस पर वीलॉग बनाने का ख्याल यूके में एंट्री के बाद ही आया। चिम्टाखाल नाम की जगह से हमने इसकी शुरुआत की और मानिला पर पहुंचकर इसका समापन हुआ लेकिन ये जर्नी इतनी भी आसान नहीं थी। वापसी में लौटते वक्त हमारा मौत से सामना हुआ। उस नज़ारे को कभी नहीं भूल पाएंगे।
