Quick and easy one-pot pasta in just 25 minutes!

In this video, I'll show you how to make a delicious traditional tomato and basil pasta. This recipe is perfect for anyone who is short on time but doesn't want to miss out on a delicious dinner. Everything is cooked in one pot, which minimizes the washing up and combines the flavours perfectly. Try it out and enjoy the simple cooking!

Ingredients for 2 portions:

-200 g spaghetti
-400 g chopped canned tomatoes
-1 Onion, finely chopped
-2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
-500 ml vegetable stock
-1 tbsp dried basil
-1 tsp dried oregano
-2 tbsp olive oil
-salt and pepper to taste
-freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Preparation:

-Heat the olive oil in a large pan and sauté the onion until translucent (approx. 3 minutes).
-Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
-Add the chopped tomatoes and vegetable stock to the pan and stir well.
-Add the spaghetti, dried basil and oregano.
-Bring to the boil and then reduce the heat. Simmer for 15 minutes until the spaghetti is al dente and the sauce has thickened.
-Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with optional Parmesan cheese.
