White Peach and Carrot Autumn Nectar. So fragrant, you won't believe it! We made an amazing winter nectar. A very fragrant and delicate peach nectar with a touch of carrot.
What's more, the amount of sugar used is very small, so you could say it's a sugar-free nectar, or better yet, a peach nectar without sugar.

Ingredients:
8 kg of peaches;
1 kg of carrots;
approx. 300 gr of sugar;
1 lemon;
3 liters of water;
The bottles are sterilized and hot (130-140°C). They were in the oven at 170°C for about 20 minutes. The hot mixture is poured into the hot bottles. The lid is placed and the seal is checked (see video), then they are placed under a blanket to cool gradually.
