Today I am happy to present you a wonderful puff puff dough recipe with only 1 egg and very few ingredients*
With this dough, you can make pastry in any shape you desire, with minced meat, with potatoes, with olives or plain, all of them are delicious.

Here are the Ingredients:
Measurement I used: 250 ml water glass
1 Egg White
Half a glass of warm water (100gr)
Half a glass of warm milk (100 gr)
Quarter cup vegetable oil (40 gr)
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet of Tozmaya
3-3.5 cups flour
1 tablespoon of butter

Stuffing
100 g Cheese
A pinch of parsley

To spread on it:
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon milk
Sesame

Cooking time:
It will cook for about 25/30 minutes in a preheated 190 degree oven (each oven is different, cooking time may vary)
