Ingredients and recipe:
- Warm water 200 ml
- Dry yeast 7 g (2 tsp)
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Vegetable oil 110 ml
- Egg 1 pc.
- Yogurt 110 ml
- Salt 1 tsp.
1. Stir until all ingredients are dissolved
- All-purpose wheat flour 600 - 650 g (add in parts)
2. Mix well with a spatula
3. Knead the dough on the table for 4-5 minutes
4. The dough should be smooth and not stick to your hands.
5. Grease the bowl with vegetable oil
6. Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise for 45-50 minutes.
7. The dough turned out like a cloud, what beauty!
8. Divide the dough into two equal parts
9. Roll them into a ball
10. Roll out into a 30x40 cm rectangle
- Butter 100 g (50 g and 50 g)
11. Brush the dough with softened butter
12. Fold the dough into an envelope and repeat the process after I did
13. Anoint with oil again and fold into an envelope
14. Place the dough on a plate and cover with a towel
15. Do the same with the second piece of dough.
16. Cover the dough and let it rest for 25-30 minutes.
17. The dough is ready
18. Roll out into a 30x40 cm rectangle
- sugar 4 tsp. (2 tsp and 2 tsp)
- Cinnamon 1 tsp.
- Cocoa 1 tsp.
19. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar
20. Cut into 3-3.5 cm wide strips
21. Roll up
22. Place on baking paper and press down with your hand.
23. Do the same with the second piece of dough
24. Sprinkle with cocoa and sugar
25. I have 16 rolls
26. Cover with a towel and let rest for 25-30 minutes
27. Our buns have risen, look how amazing they are. Beauty!
- Egg yolk 1 piece
- Milk 1 tbsp.
28. Lubricate with a brush
29. Bake at 180°C (360°F) for 27-30 minutes.
30. Cover with foil or baking paper for the last 5-6 minutes to prevent burning.
