With a single dough make a variety of cakes, the best recipe for ultra melting shortbread cakes.
For shortbread dough:
250 g soft butter
100 g icing sugar
100 g corn (cornstarch)
1 egg
7 g baking powder
1 pinch of salt
1 bag of vanilla sugar (or flavor with lemon zest, almonds ...)
400 g flour
