A quick and very tasty dish, the CANNELLONI of COOKED HAM stuffed with POTATOES are really practical and delicious!
Suitable for this hot season, they are easily prepared and you can bake, as I did, the mozzarella that melts and spins I love it, or (without adding the egg) you can leave it cold!
Excellent for buffets and dinners in the garden, they are prepared in advance and are informed just 15 minutes before!

300 g Boiled and mashed potatoes (cooked weight)
8 slices of cooked ham (thick cut)
1 egg
3 tablespoons grated Grana cheese
150 g Provola or mozzarella
Milk (3 tablespoons)
Extra virgin olive oil, black pepper, basil
