Level: Basic
Description: Begin with a fun warm-up followed by 3 fun combos. Begin with a fun and simple warm-up, then move onto 3 fun combos where we'll learn moves like 4 knee repeaters, march on top of the bench, turn steps, kick cross kick repeaters, march or jog on the floor, L-step into across the top, hams corner corner with optional ham hop over and back. Cool down, and end with a quick stretch in 35 minutes. We'll go straight to putting them all together back to back. End with a quick cool down and stretch.
