Ingredients:
- 1 pork rib
- Salt to taste
- Spicy paprika to taste (can be replaced with sweet paprika)
- ground black pepper
For the Teriyaki sauce:
- 50 grams of brown sugar (can be substituted for white sugar)
- 150 ml of Soy Sauce
- 150 ml of Mirin (rice wine, sweet, with low alcohol content)
- 50 ml of Sake (Japanese rice liquor)
