My 101 grandma’s secret longevity moistening herbal soup especially to strengthen the lungs and to boost immunity.

Ingredients
1 piece chicken thigh or more if needed (skinned & parboil to rid scums)

Herbal ingredients
15g solomon’s seal/ yu zhu 玉竹
3 pieces huai shan 淮山
15g dried Longan 桂圆干
25g dried lily bulb 百合
10g gojiberries 枸杞
5g cordycep flowers 虫草花
6 small pieces chinese figs无花果
3 pieces dried pears 雪梨干
15g lotus seeds 莲子
1.5-2 litres of water 清水
Salt to taste 盐调味

Bring water to boil in electric cooker or boil over stove top. When water boils add all the ingredients and simmer for 1.5-2 hours preferably 2 hours. Its ready. So easy, tasty and nutritious. Good immunity booster soup.
