This should actually be named "Big City USA," since New York City is not a town. Filmed in NYC, featuring several shots of the Brooklyn Bridge walkway, children enjoying city streets and playgrounds and ending in the recently demolished Yankee Stadium. Other commercials in this campaign with a similar theme include "Small Town USA," "Heart Land," and "Inner City."

From Pepsi's 1969-1972 "You've got a lot to live. Pepsi's got a lot to give," campaign. The campaign was the beginning of the most inclusive period in Pepsi's advertising history. Commercials featured young, old, very young and various races, in big cities, small towns and heartland farms. emphasizing family, togetherness and fun activities in the great outdoors. They were all the Pepsi Generation that was to change the rules. Before that, Pepsi commercial characters had been getting gradually younger, but always featured a single age group at a time, first in their 30s and 40s and later in their 20s.
