Majkl shows in this video how to cure meat at your home. The recipe is very well explained and is easy to make. Majkl explains how to make 2 versions, one version is Italian style with Italian herbs, and the other version is Armenian style called Basturma. Both version are amazing and for those who love meat, this is a must video.

Ingredients for Italian version:
1,5 kg lean beef (eye of round or sirloin)
pepper: 2 tbsp
thyme: 3 tbsp
salt: 1/2 tbsp
pepper: 1 tbsp
I use only dry ingredients

Ingredients for Armenian version (Basturma):
1,5 kg lean beef (eye of round or sirloin)
1/2 red bell pepper
10 garlic cloves
2 tablespoons of fenugreek
1.5 tablespoons of Roman cumin
1/4 tablespoon cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon sweet pepper
1 tablespoon coriander
2 tablespoons of water
1/2 tablespoon salt
