Prosciutto or simply dried ham is a delicacy that comes from Italy. It has an excellent taste, suitable for demanding festive events.
The most delicious hams can be found in the countries around the Mediterranean Sea.

Michael recommends making prosciutto from the ham leg, but without bone. It takes a lot of time to eat boneless meat. Michael uses 1.5 kg of leg pieces and the maturing process is 3 months (instead of 1 or 1.5 years, as if the whole leg, including the bone).
