A combination of sweetness and flavor, crunchiness and softness... in short, you absolutely have to make them. Plus they are unleavened, so very quick to prepare.

Ingredients:
2 medium peppers (about 300 g excluding waste)
250 ml of ice water (if possible, sparkling)
200 g of "00" flour
handful of black olives (pitted, please)
25 g of parmesan
25 g of pecorino romano
7 g of instant yeast for savory preparations
extra virgin olive oil as needed
basil
parsley
salt and pepper
+ oil for frying
To give a more colorful touch to the pancakes, use both red pepper and yellow pepper.
